About the event

Taster of our well being programme for mums in early days/years of motherhood.


We will have a mini taster covering the key elements of our programme as detailed on our services page.


Mini taster will include:

  • Guided conversations

  • Guided activities to pause including And not limited to gentle breathwork

  • Relaxing stretches to enable mums to reset
