Taster of our well being programme for mums in early days/years of motherhood.
We will have a mini taster covering the key elements of our programme as detailed on our services page.
Mini taster will include:
Guided conversations
Guided activities to pause including And not limited to gentle breathwork
Relaxing stretches to enable mums to reset
